Who we're looking for
A specific kind of operator.
Deliverance is not a research lab. It is not a slide deck. It is a platform with customers, embedded engineering teams, and a regulator-credibility bar. You will ship things the board, the CISO, and the auditor all sign off on, and you will be measured on whether they did.
We hire for: deep technical depth, customer instinct, regulator literacy, a bias to ship, and the willingness to sit with a customer until the workflow is in production.
We do not hire for: pure research without delivery, pitch-only product instincts, pre-formed cynicism about enterprise customers, or anyone who needs a thousand-person org around them to do good work.

You will be measured on what ships, what customers use, and what auditors signed off on. We don't trade in hypotheticals.

FDE engagements put you in the customer's environment, on their problem, under their constraints. You learn at a rate impossible from a Slack channel.

Market-leading cash
Compensation benchmarked to top-tier London and Dublin markets, and reviewed as the company grows. We pay properly in cash rather than asking you to take it on trust.
Equity
Expected, not yet offered
We do not offer equity today. We expect to be in a position to, and when we are, every hire will be in scope.
Location
Hybrid
Hybrid by default, with an expectation of around one day a week in the office. These are not fully remote roles. FDE and revenue roles are location-anchored.
